His Professional Experience

Throughout his career, Nick has consistently unlocked the potential of people and organizations to deliver real-world impact. He got his start as an innovation strategy and growth consultant, collaborating closely with clients to devise growth strategies and develop organizational capabilities to support innovation. Later, Nick transitioned into a more formal capacity as an agent of change when he joined Johnson & Johnson. There, he supported the launch of an innovation accelerator charged with translating breakthrough science into potential products that could change the future landscape for health maintenance and disease prevention. Nick brings a combination of passion, energy, and practical experience that translates into innovative perspectives grounded in real-time, real-world impacts for clients.

How He Makes a Difference

Nick works with the local Boy Scouts of America Council in Pittsburgh to raise funds to send disadvantaged youth to the national Jamboree. As a former scout who was unable to attend, Nick says it feels great to be able to give others the opportunity to go.
